The Hill Cumorah Visitors Center, Welcome Center at the Joseph Smith Farm, Smith Family
Homes, Book of Mormon Historic Publication Site and Peter Whitmer Farm are all open daily.
These historic sites have the following holiday schedule
| | Thanksgiving | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm |
| | Christmas Eve | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm |
| | Christmas Day | Noon to 5:00 pm
6:00 pm for the Hill Cumorah Visitors' Center |
| | New Years Day | 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
6:00 pm for the Hill Cumorah Visitors' Center |
The Sacred Grove is open for self-guided tours all year.
(Pets must remain in a vehicle at the historic sites and are not permitted in the Sacred Grove, service dogs excepted)
